- We cannot track your Australia Post item, we can only tell you when your parcel arrives at our depot.
- If you are sending an item overseas, Australia Post does not track it after it leaves Australia. If you need to track your item to your final overseas destination, please use one of our listed courier services, and book directly with them.

If you have an urgent parcel, please visit our Couriers & Freight page and book directly with the courier company, or call us on 4778 5334. We can either pick up the item from your Magnetic Island address or you can drop it into our Magnetic Island depot. |

Alternatively if you need items to be shipped around Australia or internationally using another courier or freight company, please book via our Couriers & Freight page. We will then be their agent on Magnetic Island to deliver your item to their Townsville depot. |
